So I didn't believe in them until I met EmbroidMe. And my reaction to Ray was, if you could promise me everything you're doing I'll buy it now. Just because you know what they offered was amazing. What we find is it's really there. I can put pretty much call down and get anybody I need and get any question answered. Now do I use them a lot? Not a lot, because I know that it's my business and I need to be resourceful and find out some of my own answers. But then that's also where you rely on your stores. You know there's other stores that we call often just to say hey, have you done this before or do you know someone that's done this before. Can you find the information from them?
